Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information b9-app.pk collects when you visit, what we do with it, and what we deliberately do not do. We have written it to be readable rather than defensible — if anything here is unclear, tell us and we will rewrite it.
1. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy applies to the website b9-app.pk and to that website only. It describes how we handle information about visitors to our pages.
It does not apply to the b9 game platform itself. b9-app.pk is an independent affiliate website and is not the operator of b9 game. When you follow a link from this site and register on the operator's platform, you leave our site entirely and enter a service governed by the operator's own privacy policy and terms. Your account, balance, identity documents, transaction records and gameplay history are held by the operator, and we have no access to any of it.
2. Information we collect
We keep collection deliberately minimal. There is no account system on this website, so there is no profile for us to build.
Information you give us voluntarily
If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, a topic selection and a message. Providing this is entirely optional — the website is fully usable without it. Please note that the contact form is currently a static demonstration and does not transmit or store what you enter; we state this on the form itself rather than allowing you to assume otherwise.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — browser type and version, operating system, screen size and device category. Used to make sure pages render correctly across the range of devices in use in Pakistan.
- Usage data — which pages were viewed, in what order, and roughly how long a visit lasted. Used to understand which guides are actually useful.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address at country or city level only. We do not collect or attempt to derive precise GPS location.
- Referral source — the site or search engine you arrived from, where your browser provides it.
This information is aggregated and statistical. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not attempt to link it to a real-world identity.
3. What we never collect
This list matters as much as the one above, because the most common attack on players in this category is impersonation. Knowing what a legitimate site will never ask for makes a fraudulent request easy to recognise.
- Your b9 game account PIN, password or any login credential.
- One-time passwords (OTP) or verification codes of any kind.
- Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account or card details.
- CNIC numbers, identity documents, passport scans or photographs of documents.
- Your account balance, transaction history or gameplay records.
- Precise geolocation data.
4. How we use information
The limited information described in section 2 is used only for these purposes:
- Operating the website — serving pages, keeping them available and diagnosing errors.
- Improving content — understanding which guides are read, which are ignored, and where visitors leave, so we can fix what is not working.
- Technical compatibility — ensuring the site performs acceptably on the older Android devices and slower connections common across our audience.
- Security — detecting automated abuse, scraping and attempts to compromise the site.
- Affiliate attribution — recording that a referral originated here, as described in section 6.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not run behavioural retargeting campaigns.
5. Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. We use a small number of them:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly, such as remembering that you have dismissed a notice. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies — anonymised measurement of page views and traffic sources. Individual visitors are not identified.
- Affiliate cookies — set when you click a partner link, so that a subsequent registration is attributed correctly. See section 6.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading anything on this site, though some preferences may not persist between visits.
6. Affiliate tracking
b9-app.pk earns a commission from the operator when a visitor registers on the b9 game platform after following one of our links. To make that attribution work, clicking an affiliate link typically sets a cookie or appends a tracking parameter identifying b9-app.pk as the referrer.
Three points worth stating clearly:
- It costs you nothing. The commission is paid by the operator from its own margin. Your bonus, odds, fees and payout terms are identical whether you arrive via our link or type the address directly.
- It does not identify you to us. We receive aggregate conversion counts, not the identity, contact details or activity of any individual player.
- It is disclosed everywhere. Affiliate links carry
rel="sponsored"markup, and the disclosure appears in the footer of every page and in full on our about page.
7. Third-party services and links
This website loads web fonts from a third-party font provider and may use a third-party analytics service. These providers receive standard request data — including your IP address — as a technical necessity of serving the request, and they process it under their own privacy policies.
We also link to external destinations, principally the operator's registration page and our Telegram channels. Once you follow any external link, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of third-party sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.
8. Data retention
Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 26 months, after which it is deleted or further aggregated beyond any possibility of association with an individual session.
Because the contact form does not currently transmit or store submissions, there is no message data to retain. If we activate live form processing in future, this section will be updated to state the retention period before any collection begins.
9. How we protect information
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS encryption, so traffic between your browser and our server cannot be read in transit. We apply security updates promptly, restrict administrative access to the minimum number of people, and follow the principle of collecting as little as possible — data that is never collected cannot be breached.
That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim to.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Request access to any personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
In practice, because we hold almost nothing that identifies an individual visitor, most such requests can be answered simply and quickly. To make one, use the contact page.
For information the operator holds — your account, balance, verification documents or transaction history — you must direct the request to the operator through their support channel. We cannot access, retrieve or delete any of it on your behalf.
11. Children's privacy
This website is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the platform we cover is not lawfully available to minors under any circumstances.
If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
If you share a device with children, we recommend installing parental control software and enabling content filtering. Tools such as device-level screen time restrictions and DNS-based content filters are effective and free.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or applicable law. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will note it prominently on the site.
Continuing to use b9-app.pk after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

Anything relating to your player account — deposits, withdrawals, verification, bonuses, account closure — must go to the operator's Telegram support channel. We have no visibility into accounts and cannot act on them.
